About Farnham Street Neighbourhood Learning Centre (FSNLC)

FSNLC is the amalgamation of Flemington Neighbourhood House and Flemington Reading and Writing Program. The vision of FSNLC is to provide the local community with opportunities for learning and participation within a social justice framework.

We have been providing education and social support programs to the community for over 25 years. A Neighbourhood Learning Centre is a place where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can come to:

•    Join a class or support group
•    Gain skills and confidence
•    Become involved in your community
•    Learn about services in the area
•    Run a class or activity

At FSNLC you can:

•    Learn English
•    Improve your reading and writing skills
•    Prepare for future study

•    Learn about cooking and gardening
